You can purchase online or call one of our holiday elves and we will be happy to assist in booking your tour with you. How long is the tour? 1.5 hours How many people does the trolley hold? Our smallest trolley holds 23 passengers and our largest holds 43 passengers Can I bring coolers/bottles/cans/cups/wine/hard liquor? Yes , personal coolers are fine but nothing larger unless booked with a private tour. (No Glass Containers) Do we get off the trolley at all? Yes, we have one stop on Smedley Street where we will walk for about 15 minutes to see the decorations on foot. Are there restrooms along the route? Restrooms are not available on the Trolley. Is the trolley handicap accessible? Yes, we do have trolleys with lifts. Please call ahead for availability What is the refund policy? Due to the overwhelming demand for our Holiday Light Trolley Tour we are unable to offer refunds. We can change your date if we have another time available with a 48 hour notice, anything before 48 hours we can not guarantee a rebooking.
