Please note: Miracle on 13th St. will not be on display on November 29th. Broad Street will be used as an alternate for this section of the route on these days. The site will be fully open beginning November 30th.

You can purchase online or call one of our holiday elves and we will be happy to assist in booking your tour with you. How long is the tour? 1.5 hours How many people does the trolley hold? Our smallest trolley holds 23 passengers and our largest holds 43 passengers Can I bring coolers/bottles/cans/cups/wine/hard liquor? Yes , but nothing in a glass container Do we get off the trolley at all? Yes,we have one stop on Smedley Street where we will walk for about 15 minutes to see the decorations on foot. Why aren't we getting off at The Miracle on South 13th Street this year? We would love to be able to stop here but due to parking restrictions and availability , unfortunately we can not. However the view from the Trolley will still be amazing Are there restrooms along the route? Before the tour, depending on the hours, the Bourse building at the beginning of the route has a bathroom and the Visitor’s center as well. (Before tour starts) Is the trolley handicap accessible? Yes, we do have trolleys with lifts. Please call ahead for availability What is the refund policy? Due to the overwhelming demand for our Holiday Light Trolley Tour we are unable to offer refunds. We can change your date if we have another time available with a 48 hour notice, anything before 48 hours we can not guarantee a rebooking.
