See “America’s Christmas Trees” in one memorable evening with USA Guided Tours!

Join us as we explore the Nation’s Capital and its spectacular Christmas trees and other festive displays on this fully-guided, three-hour journey.

You will meet your pro tour guide and board a luxury climate-controlled bus at the US Navy Memorial just before heading to Downtown DC. There you will observe the dazzling Christmas tree and lights display.

We’ll then proceed to the prestigious National Christmas Tree and its surrounding “Pathway of Peace”—an arrangement of 56 smaller trees—standing before the White House. Meanwhile, your tour guide will share the captivating history behind this annual tradition.

As we continue across the Potomac River to Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, you’ll catch glimpses of the Washington Monument, other National Mall landmarks, the Pentagon, and much more as pointed out by your guide. In Old Town Alexandria, we’ll stop by Market Square to observe the city’s beloved Christmas centerpiece.

Next, we’ll cross the Potomac again to the National Harbor where you will be met by a shimmering 54-foot tall Christmas Tree. Our visit to the National Harbor extends with a stop at the Gaylord National Resort where you will witness their glittering holiday lights exhibition. We strongly encourage you to return to the Gaylord to enjoy the amazing activities offered, like ice skating!

We’ll then return to the District of Columbia for a look at the stunning Capitol Christmas Tree situated on the West Lawn of the United States Capitol. Going back to the US Navy Memorial, we’ll stop by the Canadian Embassy for a final photo op of their traditional Christmas tree.

FAQs

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING BABY STROLLERS AND/OR WHEELCHAIRS ON BOARD THE TOUR VEHICLES? We strive to make our tours accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Our small-capacity tour buses can accommodate foldable wheelchairs and foldable baby strollers. However, if you or a member of your party uses a full-size wheelchair that requires a ramp, we kindly ask you to contact us directly. We're more than happy to make arrangements to accommodate your mobility needs.

For those with full-size strollers, we recommend storing them at your hotel or utilizing a professional storage service to ensure your tour experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Our tours do involve some walking, but we want to assure you that your comfort is our priority. If you prefer, you have the option to stay on board the bus near each landmark, without the need to exit at every stop.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING CARRY-ON LUGGAGE ON THE TOUR VEHICLE? Our shuttle buses and vans do not have storage for accommodating carry-on bags. We ask that you only bring purses, briefcases, or backpacks for your tour. We recommend storing carry-on and large bags at your hotel or utilizing a professional storage service to ensure your tour experience is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Please note that USA Guided Tours reserves the right to inspect any bags, book bags, briefcases, or backpacks you carry.

HOW LONG DO WE STAY AT EACH STOP? It depends on the stop. Your tour guide will tell you the planned amount of time for each stop. We have allowed enough time at every stop for you to walk around and take plenty of pictures!
