PAYMENT

For all overnight and multi-day tours, a 10 percent, non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Half of the cost of the trip is due Oct. 16, 60 days before the departure date. Payment in full is due Nov. 16, 30 days before the departure date.

There is no charge to park your car at the Wyoming Valley Mall, Wilkes-Barre Township, or the Green Ridge Plaza, Scranton. Pickup at the Wyoming Valley Mall is in the area of the Ken Pollock Service Center, site of the former Sears service center. Passengers boarding at Green Ridge Plaza should park at the end of the shopping center near Planet Fitness but as far from the door as possible.

HOTEL INFO

Grand Hotel of Cape May is a luxurious seaside hotel on Beach Avenue steps from the beach. The hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi, fitness facility and arcade/game room.

VENUE INFO

The 18-room Emlen Physick Estate was built in 1879 and offers an in-depth look at Victorian architecture and the period, reflecting on one family’s lifestyle. There is no shortage of specialty shops and gift items at Washington Street Mall a pedestrian mall and one of South Jersey’s most popular destinations.

MEALS

A breakfast buffet will be served on both days at Hemingway’s in the hotel.

Lunch on Day 1 is at Willow Creek Winery where you have a choice of:

• Grilled cheese with tomato bisque & fries
• Honey-mango pulled park with fries and cole slaw Included is a complimentary glass of red or white wine or sangria.

Dinner on the first night is at Hemingway’s. Menu choices are:

• Pan-seared salmon with a lemon beurre blanc sauce
• Braised short rib with cabernet demi Dinner is served with salad, potato, vegetable, dessert and coffee, tea or iced tea.

Lunch at Anglesea Pub on Day 2 offers these options:

• Traditional Irish Guiness braised beef stew served in a sourdough bread bowl
• 8-ounce burger with fries
• Caesar salad with either shrimp or grilled chicken.

Thursday’s lunch options at South 9 Grille are:

• Chicken Caesar salad
• Caesar salad-no meat
• Burger with fries
• Chicken & avocado sandwich with chips
• Chicken parm sandwich with fries. All lunches are served with New England clam chowder, dessert, soda, coffee and tea.

Please make your food selections when you make your reservation.

You are on your own for dinner on Day 2 at Washington Street Mall which offers a wide variety of food.

If you require special assistance getting on or off the bus, or if you are bringing an ADA-approved mobility device, please provide a description in the Comments section when making your reservation. Non-approved ADA devices will not be allowed to be stored on or beneath the bus.

BUS SEATING

While we try our best to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee you will be assigned the seat of your choice. If you have a preference, please make note of it in the Comments section when booking your trip. Since we are committed to meeting the specific health and mobility needs of our passengers, the seating arrangements may change before our departure date.

CANCELLATION

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for this tour. Deposits on overnight and multi-day tours are not refundable as stated above. Therefore, we recommend trip cancellation insurance. You may contact your insurance agent or go to www.travelinsurance.com where you may compare rates and purchase online. If it becomes necessary for Martz Bus to cancel a tour, the full price will be refunded. You have the option of receiving a refund in the form of a gift certificate that may be redeemed for a future Martz Tour.
