About:

Your adventure begins at He'eia State Park, right on the water's edge of Kane'ohe Bay! The bay's unique barrier reef over 2 miles offshore keeps the bay flat and calm, and well protected from open ocean swell and current. This makes Kane'ohe Bay a safe and fun sailing and snorkeling destination for all ages and experience levels. Combine that with our location on the windward coast, and the bay's countless pristine patch reef systems, and you get the best sailing and snorkeling anywhere on Oahu! Our quiet, low-impact, eco-friendly Hobie catamarans are the perfect way to explore Kane'ohe Bay's epic coral reef ecosystems that provide habitat for countless tropical fish, Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles, manta rays, and more!

Before launching, our qualified staff will fit you with snorkel gear and life jackets, provide a waterproof dry bag for everything you want to take, and a secure place to leave everything else. An on-land educational and instructional briefing will prepare you for a safe, fun, and eco-friendly day on the bay! Learn the basics of boat rigging and sailing, even take the tiller if you like, or just sit back, relax, and soak in the magnificent views of the Ko'olau mountain range as you sail the bay. After about 3 hours on the water sailing and snorkeling, you'll be sure to have worked up an appetite for the delicious BBQ lunch that will be ready and waiting for you upon your return!
