This service is designed for renting bicycles and touring San Sebastian on your own.

Once you have made your reservation, you can ask for your bike key at your hotel desk. There you will also find all the information about the use of bicycles as well as the circulation rules. This way you can enjoy Donostia on two wheels in a healthy, comfortable and 100% smoke-free way!

San Sebastian is a very bike-friendly city, with many km of bike lanes to move in a safe and comfy way.* Do not hesitate, if you want to discover the city like a true “donostiarra”, rent a bike and enjoy San Sebastian to the fullest.

• This service INCLUDES the bike rental and helmet.
• Height between 1´50 meters (4´11´´) and 1´90 meters (6´3´´) IS REQUIRED to drive comfortably.
• These bikes are NOT accessible to those with reduced mobility.

For reservations cancelled less than 4 days prior to the renting, there will be NO REFUND

CONDITIONS OF USE FOR RENTAL OF ORBEA KATU-E30 BICYCLES

(For 18+ years old and / or guardians)

MANIFEST

1.- That on the part of HOBE brand owned by Go Local San Sebastian organization and for the E-Bike renting that it makes available to the users, I have been informed (to me and my companions) sufficiently and in a comprehensible language about the characteristics of this service. 2.- That I have been informed (to me and my companions) in a sufficient and clear manner about the risks of this activity and about the security measures to be adopted. 3.- That I have no contraindication whatsoever to use the bicycle (neither me or my companions) and I am responsible (and my companions) for the handling or driving of the bicycle, as well as safety and health conditions during the journey. 4.- That the bicycle (bicycles) delivered by HOBE brand owned by Go Local San Sebastian is (are) in perfect condition and that during the E-Bike renting experience carried out I am responsible for the care of the borrowed material and that in case of misuse or theft / disappearance thereof, I will assume the costs of repair or replacement. Being aware that the value of the Orbea Katu E- 30 amounts to 2499 €. 5.- That I know and understand the regulations governing os this activity and that I am fully satisfied with them, subjecting myself to the power of said regulations. 6.- That I voluntarily assume the risks inherent to the use of the bicycle and, consequently, I exempt the organization from the company of any damage or prejudice that may suffer during its use. Such exemption does not include damages and losses that are the result of fault or negligence of the organization. 7.- I am aware that I have assistance service by calling +34 688 958 118 during the following hours: 9:00 - 19:00.
