Kutná Hora is located about 90 km to the east of Prague. The past of the town is linked to the history of silver mining and minting. Amazing gothic architectural monuments, such as the five-naved St. Barbara’s Church, the Italian Court, and the Stone Haus, can be found in the center of the charming little town. In the neighborhood is Sedlec, home of a unique tourist attraction – the Ossuary, often referred to as the Bone Church. The crypt has an original interior decorated with human bones of thousands of individuals. Since 1995 both Kutna Hora and Sedlec are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
