De battlefield tour De tour begint om 09:30 uur bij het station van Ommen. Na een introductie over het ontstaan, de ontwikkeling en productie van de V1 & V2 Vergeldingswapens, beginnen we met de dagtour. Tijdens de tour zullen we de lanceerplaatsen bij Hessum, Mataram, Dalzicht en Hellendoorn bezoeken. Vanaf deze locaties werden de V1 & V2 wapens afgevuurd richting de haven van Antwerpen. De gids neemt je mee naar deze locaties en vertelt het verhaal van de terreur die deze wapens hebben veroorzaakt. Je zult versteld staan van de overblijfselen die nog steeds te vinden zijn in het bosrijke landschap van de Sallandse heuvelrug.
