Host your event in Hilo, Hawai'i Island, near the lush rainforests of east Hawai'i County, minutes from world-famous waterfalls, tropical botanical gardens, and Volcano National Park. Almost 5,000 square feet of state-of-the art event space is available across from the Hilo Medical Center, in close proximity to downtown, airport, and area hotels.
Our modern, clean event center can host up to 225 of your guests with a range of table and chair configurations. Wide-screen wall televisions and other multimedia can provide visuals, as well as a raised stage, podium, Wi-Fi, as well as refreshment area for breaks, and outdoor seating patio. We can help arrange onsite caterers to meet your needs using our permitted commercial kitchen, as well as coordinate tours for your employees or guests, and other travel needs to help facilitate your visit.
This is an all-inclusive venue (tables, linens, chairs, set-up, clean-up) excluding food and beverage service, which we can coordinate with our catering partners on request.
We can help coordinate your event, with our complimentary in-house event coordinator. This includes arranging caterers, photographers, musicians, etc. Discounts available!
All packages include white linens, slip covers, set up, tear down, clean up, access to commercial kitchen and use of the center from 8am to 10pm on day of event.

Premier sound system ($350) which includes our sound engineer, required to connect your band or DJ. **If act is delayed or you have more than one musical group planned, additional fees may apply for our sound tech to coordinate services.
