Important Information

BRING YOUR OWN TORCH - A torch is required for the tour. Each guest must bring 1 torch per person (Phone apps are suitable)

NO TOILET FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS SITE, please use facilities elsewhere before joining us at this site

WEAR FLAT ENCLOSED SHOES - All guests must wear flat enclosed shoes. Other shoes will not be accepted.

BRING A WATER BOTTLE -To keep you hydrated during the tour

TOURS WILL STILL RUN IN THE RAIN - We believe the weather really adds to the atmosphere of a tour. If there is rain, please bring an umbrella and or raincoat, and enjoy the tour. Tours will only be cancelled if conditions become dangerous - we will notify you in these circumstances close to the tour time.


ALCOHOL/ ILLICIT SUBSTANCE USE The consumption of alcohol and use of illegal substances are not permitted BEFORE or DURING a tour, any client believed to be intoxicated, inebriated, or otherwise under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be admitted at time of check-in.

SMOKING Smoking/ vaping is not permitted at any time during our tours. If anyone forgets this, and starts smoking, they will be asked to immediately cease. If they do not, they will be asked to leave the tour.

MOBILE / TABLET DEVICE USE Mobile and tablet devices are only to be used on tour whilst taking photographs or in an emergency. If you use your phone/ tablet for any other purpose during any of our tours, you will be asked to stop. Refusal to do so may result in you being asked to leave the tour.

Suitability

Tours are not suitable for children under 10 years. Parents and guardians are advised that this tour features strong content in the form of true historic information and tales delivered through storytelling. The stories may include gruesome and macabre material including murders, crimes, violence, deaths, executions, and suicide. The stories can be frightening, scary and distressing especially for young children.

Under 10's not permitted on tour. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied/supervised by an adult.
