Enjoy the spiritual and physical benefits of yoga with this small-group guided tour and restorative yoga session in Scottsdale’s McDowell Sonoran Preserve! This large, permanently protected, sustainable desert habitat is the perfect place to connect with nature.

Our guides and yoga instructor tailor the hike and yoga to the group’s ability. With at least two knowledgeable and professional guides that will provide insight into how Native Americans used land, the history, geology, flora, and fauna that make this particular part of Arizona so special. A local yoga instructor will guide the tour and lead guests through a Yin yoga session at the half-way point, overlooking beautiful Scottsdale city views.
