Reef-safe sunscreen: Protects skin and local coral during sun-exposed open-water stretches.
Secure water shoes: Closed-toe, grippy shoes help with boarding and moving on wet docks and skiffs.
Light dry bag: Keeps small items dry during transfer and while waiting at docks.
Light wind/rain layer: A thin, water-resistant layer is useful if wind or brief tropical showers appear.
