Experience the thrill of a high ropes course at Rock and Rapid Adventures! In this one-hour session, qualified instructors will guide you through safety protocols and equipment use. Perfect for ages 5 and up, this adventure promises excitement and a unique challenge as you navigate the heights.

The session will be 1 Hour long and include a safety brief at the start of the session. Each session is led by one of our qualified instructors, who will introduce you to the equipment needed to explore the high ropes course.

Due to the nature of the high ropes course, the minimum height for this taster session at Rock and Rapid Adventures is 100cm. Participants between 100cm and 120cm must be accompanied by an adult. Those over 120cm can take part on the course on their own.

A pair of Close toed and secured shoes must be worn at all times

participants Maximum Weight is 21 Stone

Participants must be over 1 meter

Participants between 100cm and 120cm must be accompanied with an 18yr

Participants must be under 2 meters (6' 8")

Participants Must safely fit in the harness
