This full stretch begins with a Class IV drop and never stops. It begins at the Gateway Restaurant and Lodge or a nearby private launch site. A lunch stop at Sierra Subs and Salads or Tony's Greek Food provides a welcome riverside rest and refuel. It resumes with Class II-III rapids until the takeout at Lake Kaweah (or at a private take-out just before Lake Kaweah).
