Can I sit with my friends?

Email events@downsexplorer.org.au with your name, your friends’ names and the tour date and the operator will try to seat you together.

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

Are food and drinks included?

No meals are included; snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the onboard cafe carriage.

Is the service accessible?

What happens if steam locomotive is unavailable?

Where steam is unavailable the operator will replace it with a Heritage Diesel Locomotive and run the service as advertised where possible.
