Can I sit with my friend?

Email events@downsexplorer.org.au with your name, your friends’ names and the date and the operator will try to seat you together.

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no refunds, but you can change your tour date or receive a credit stored in the booking system for future use.

No meals are included. Snacks, drinks and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase from the onboard café carriage.

Is the train accessible?

Ramps are available, but passengers must be able to walk a few paces and negotiate one step to board.

What if steam locomotion isn’t available?
