You step off the trail and the canyon narrows — rock walls close in, a braided stream dares you forward, and the guides check ropes with practiced calm. The approach is a steady 45–60 minute climb through lodgepole and scrub, then the canyon’s pockets of moss and polished granite reveal the first short rappel. Each drop reads like a lesson: short, confident, then longer until the day’s crescendo — a 70–80 ft wet waterfall rappel and a final slide that spits you into the pool below (optional to hike around).
