Embark on a thrilling 2-hour ghost tour through the mysterious Gothic town of Ipswich. Explore seven haunted sites and uncover chilling real-life ghost stories, including the eerie tale of Mrs. Ginn and the Mystery of the Skulls. With special access to restricted areas, this unforgettable experience promises to intrigue and excite!

Ipswich was, and still is, a Gothic little town haunted by many mysteries and has long attracted ghost stories of its haunted past. Join us on a 2 hour guided historical ghost tour through Ipswich’s city centre where you will visit seven sites and hear real ghost stories gathered from archives, newspapers, books and local residents.

Some of the highlights include the historical ghost story about Mrs Ginn and the Mystery of the Skulls and a walk through of restricted sites. What is inside, is for you to discover!

Important Information

NO TOILET FACILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THIS SITE, please use facilities elsewhere before joining us at this site

WEAR FLAT ENCLOSED SHOES - All guests must wear flat enclosed shoes. Other shoes will not be accepted.

BRING A WATER BOTTLE -To keep you hydrated during the tour

TOURS WILL STILL RUN IN THE RAIN - We believe the weather really adds to the atmosphere of a tour. If there is rain, please bring an umbrella and or raincoat, and enjoy the tour. Tours will only be cancelled if conditions become dangerous - we will notify you in these circumstances close to the tour time.


ALCOHOL/ ILLICIT SUBSTANCE USE The consumption of alcohol and use of illegal substances are not permitted BEFORE or DURING a tour, any client believed to be intoxicated, inebriated, or otherwise under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be admitted at time of check-in.

SMOKING Smoking/ vaping is not permitted at any time during our tours. If anyone forgets this, and starts smoking, they will be asked to immediately cease. If they do not, they will be asked to leave the tour.

MOBILE / TABLET DEVICE USE Mobile and tablet devices are only to be used on tour whilst taking photographs or in an emergency. If you use your phone/ tablet for any other purpose during any of our tours, you will be asked to stop. Refusal to do so may result in you being asked to leave the tour.

Paranormal investigation / ghost hunting is strictly not permitted This includes but is not limited to: apps on mobile devices, Ouija boards, pendulums, video and still photography, psychic, medium and clairvoyant channelling of spirits.

Tours are not suitable for children under 10 years. Parents and guardians are advised that this tour features strong content in the form of true historic information and tales delivered through storytelling. The stories may include gruesome and macabre material including murders, crimes, violence, deaths, executions, and suicide. The stories can be frightening, scary and distressing especially for young children.

Under 10's not permitted on tour. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied/supervised by an adult.
