A limited time engagement

NEW FOR 2024! Not recommended for children under 10.

Come experience why Baraboo Wisconsin is one of the most haunted cities in America, and in this fully engaged tour, we will make several stops in and around Baraboo, the birthplace of the largest Circus EVER in the world, The Ringling Brothers Circus.

Travel from Wisconsin Dells down Old Ringling Road, a short stretch of road where cars and busses routinely have car trouble and screams of children can be heard nearby on private property where a well and shack still exist after a mom threw her daughter down a well, and hung herself in the shack there after.

Learn the history of The Ringling Brother Circus as we make our way to Baraboo, the seven brothers involved, their roles, and their connection to Baraboo and what it took them to make the largest Circus in the World.

Travel to, stop, and walk around at the Walnut Hill Cemetary, the resting place of many of the Ringlings, including the mausoleums of Al and his wife Lou and his brother Henry and his wife Ida. Other gravesites we will view include brothers Otto, Gus, and their parents, Heinrich and Salome Ringling; among others.

Stop and hear about the now abandoned St. Mary's Ringling Hospital, Alfred "Aft" Ringling's Mansion turned hospital that has since been boarded up and where the ghosts of nuns still check on their patients.

Drive by and see the Charles Ringling Mansion, a now bed and breakfast you can ACTUALLY stay at.

Drive through historic downtown Baraboo and stop and hear about Circus World Museum, the largest collection of Circus memorabilia in America and where workers and town people still hear the trumpets of elephants even though there aren't any.

Stop and hear about Old Baraboo Inn, easily the most haunted place in Baraboo, if not Wisconsin, where Al Capone himself would hang out at down in the basement, where no medium can spend longer than 30 minutes at a time.

Stop and hear about The Al Ringling Theatre, at one point coined America's Prettiest Playhouse, a still active theatre where a baby and children have gone mysteriously missing, the ghost of teenage actors still act on stage, and Al Ringling himself still watches from his center balcony seat.

A fascinating stop at the Al Ringling Mansion and going on a detailed tour of the private premises where Al Ringling died and cold spots can still be felt.

Finally, where we make our way back to Wisconsin Dells down Highway 12, where the highway 12 man, a hitchhiker, can be seen and then seen again.

Come and see the darker side of the Dells area! Limited tickets available. Book now!
