About This Adventure

Experience the ultimate luxury on the water with the Harris Cruiser 240 pontoon boat. Spacious enough for up to 15 guests, it features comfortable lounges, a picnic table, and a swim platform for easy water access. With a reliable engine and user-friendly navigation, it's perfect for both beginners and seasoned boaters.

BOAT DESCRIPTION

Harris is a true pioneer when it comes to luxury pontoon boats – so what better way to enjoy the benefits of this boat type than to rent the original?

First and foremost, the Cruiser 240 amazes with its spacious design. The 24 ft long deck is perfectly suited for trips with 13 guests, while up to 15 passengers are allowed. Luggage and equipment can easily be stored under the seats.

In addition, there is plenty of room to sit and relax – beginning in the bowside lounge with two seats and extra leg-space. Of course, you can also gather around the picnic table and enjoy a drink. The L-shaped lounge in the back is protected from the sun by a bimini top.

Of course, the captain will also enjoy a comfortable ride – thanks to a cushioned seat with extra-tall backrest. The instruments are shielded from the sun, and thus easily readable at any time of day. Navigation is no problem either, as this boat comes with a GPS device and depth finder.

Once you have selected your destination, the reliable 150 hp engine will get you there. While driving, you will notice another strength of the Cruiser 240: This pontoon boat offers easy and safe handling, making it a perfect choice for beginners.

Do you want to stop on the way to go swimming or snorkeling? No problem. The Harris Cruiser 240 features a swim platform with ladder, so you can easily get in and out of the water.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

DO I NEED A BOATING LICENCE TO OPERATE A BOAT IN FLORIDA?

We advise all customers to complete a boating safety course. These courses do not take long and are easy to do. In addition, they are beneficial for your safety as well as the safety of your companions and other persons on the water.

All customers born on or after January 1, 1988 have to fulfill the following requirements to operate a motor boat with 10 hp or more:

  • Successful completion of a Boater Safety Course
  • possession of a Boating Safety Education Identification Card, issued by the FWC

We recommend this company for the boater safety course:

Yes. All our boats are covered by comprehensive insurance with a deductible of $1,000. This comprehensive insurance is included in the price – as is the towing insurance provided by SeaTow.

HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?

When you pick up the boat, you have to pay a security deposit of $1,000. The deposit can be paid in cash or via credit card (hold) for the duration of the rental period.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Our prices include the instruction, cleaning, insurance and SeaTow. All prices are subject to a sales tax of 6,5 %. Gasoline has to be paid by the customer. There are no hidden costs.

DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE BOAT WITH A FULL TANK OF FUEL?

Yes. It is mandatory to fully refuel the boat before returning it. Otherwise, we will have to charge $7 per gallon, plus an additional service fee of $100.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BOAT HAS A MECHANICAL PROBLEM?

In the unlikely event that your boat has a mechanical problem, we will do our best to quickly give you another boat. If there is no other boat available, you will receive a partial refund.
All our boats are covered by the SeaTow membership. Should it be necessary to have your boat towed back to our docks, you do not have to pay additional costs.

CAN YOU DELIVER THE BOAT TO MY VACATION HOME?
