The Harley idles at a metal gate below Club Med Opio; the twin cylinders breathe, and the coast’s salt-scented air mixes with engine heat as you settle into the passenger seat. For the next eight hours the Riviera peels open — seaside flashes and mountain passes stitched by the Road Napoleon, winding through perfumed hills and limestone ridgelines.

Suitable for people in average fitness; requires ability to sit for long periods and mount/dismount a bike comfortably.
No — this tour is for passengers. The guide provides the motorcycle and manages riding; passengers must be physically able to mount and sit securely for the full day.
Age limits vary by operator but typically passengers must be at least 12–16 years old and able to wear a helmet properly; check the booking terms before you go.
Helmets, gloves and a jacket are usually loaned by the operator, but bringing your own sunglasses and earplugs improves comfort during the ride.
The operator may cancel or reroute for safety in rain or strong winds — full refunds are typically available if canceled 24 hours in advance per the policy.
The Route Napoléon commemorates Napoléon’s 1815 return from Elba and threads many of the same passes used historically for commerce between coast and high valleys.
Traffic and noise can impact fragile limestone habitats and birdlife — stick to designated stops, avoid idling off-road, and carry out all waste.
Azur Biker Tour operates guided outdoor trips and adventures with an emphasis on safety, stewardship, and memorable experiences.
