FAQs

Q: Is this tour handicap accessible? A: Due to Portland's dedication to historic preservation there are stairs, cobblestones and narrow doorways and other architectural features at most stops that do not lend themselves to handicap access.

Q: Are there discounts if a guest is 21+ but does not drink alcohol A: No. This experience was created to enjoy and learn about the local craft beverage scene and while we can and will provide non-alcoholic alternatives that does not change the per person ticket price or 21+ age requirement

Q: What if I forgot to bring my State ID or passport with me? A: Unfortunately you will not be able to participate and no refunds are provided. Some locations we visit may be 21+ entry only and you will need proof with you. A picture of your ID is also not acceptable.

Q: Are dogs allowed? A: Yes, with provisions. Right now, we're primarily visiting restaurants who offer outside seating and dogs are welcome. However, we may be brought inside on some occasions. If you bring your pup and we're seated inside a location, you'll have to alternate with other members of your party to accompany your pup outside. Only service animals are allowed inside restaurants.

Q: What if I need to cancel my tour? A: Tour insurance at a cost of $5.99 per ticket is available at the time of original ticket purchase. This allows you to cancel your tickets for ANY reason up to 24 hours prior to the start time of your tour and receive a refund equal to the cost of the tickets, minus the booking and insurance fees. If no tour insurance is purchased we offer a gift certificate only, again, provided at least 24 hours notice is given. These are the only options are available and tour insurance may not be added on after the fact.
