About This Adventure

Join an intimate cooking class where you'll prepare an authentic New Orleans meal alongside expert chefs. With a maximum of 10 participants, you'll cut, season, and create a delicious dinner, then savor the fruits of your labor. Experience the joy of cooking in a unique, hands-on environment!

Prepare an authentic New Orleans meal

  • In this highly interactive class, our guests actually cut, season and prepare a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs, and afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created.
  • These small intimate classes have a maximum of 10 people utilizing 5 cooktops. Singles may be paired with another individual.

  • Crab Ravigote-"Southern Crab Salad - Crab meat tossed in a classic cold dressing made with Lemon, Capers and Horseradish, served over a bed of Romaine and sliced Tomatoes.
  • Brown Butter Pork Chop - Thin-cut Pork Chop seasoned with Creole Spice and pan-seared
  • Red Beans and Rice - Red kidney beans simmered with Onions, Celery, Bell Pepper, Garlic and Sausage, served with Rice and Cornbread
  • Bananas Foster - Classic New Orleans flambeed Banana dessert, served over Ice Cream
