Experience the joy of creating homemade pizza with your child in this fun, hands-on workshop held in Mount Hawthorn. Under Chef Daniel Robinson’s expert guidance, families learn dough-making, sauce preparation, and topping techniques for a unique bonding experience.

Join Chef Daniel for a hands-on pizza-making class designed for parents and children to bond over delicious food. Learn to craft your own pizza dough, sauce, and toppings, while enjoying award-winning pizza tastings. Create a calzone to take home and savor a shared dining experience filled with fun and flavor!
Chef Daniel will begin by teaching you how to prepare the correct Pizza Dough, the use of yeast, the correct rise, then stretched by hand your own pizza base. Following with the preparation of real Italian tomato sauce and fresh toppings of your choice. The last stage will be learning the correct way of cooking your pizza. Next onto making your very own Calzone to take home. Then a delicious Salad to finish off! Chef Daniel will also serve up tasters of 2 award winning Pizzas; Pear & Prosciutto Pizza and Prawn & Smoked Salmon Pizza (2006 ‘Best of the best Pizza Comp’).

All participants will team-up into their pairs following the same recipes, guided by our chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
