In this 'hands-on' Workshop you will be guided on how to make Cagliata, the mother of all Cheeses. The real Italian Mozzarella fermented naturally, the most popular Cheese in the world. Stracciatella and Burrata, The Roman Primo Sale, a delicious fresh Cheese very famous in the Roman countryside and the Sfoglia, made with Mozzarella rolled with fresh Tomato and Basil.
Not only will you sample all the different types of Cheese you just made, you can also take home some of what you created!
