Join two Italian sisters in a hands-on cheese-making workshop that transports you to Italy! Learn to craft iconic cheeses like Mozzarella, Stracciatella, and Burrata, while enjoying a generous cheese board featuring your creations. No experience is required—just bring your passion for cheese and savor the delicious results!

The Cheese makers, two Italian sisters, which have a significant family history in the Cheese making business. They will reveal just how easy it is to create freshly made staple Cheeses as part of the traditional Italian home Kitchen.

This is not just a simple Cheese Class but a real trip to Italy!

About

In this 'hands-on' Workshop you will be guided on how to make Cagliata, the mother of all Cheeses. The real Italian Mozzarella fermented naturally, the most popular Cheese in the world. Stracciatella and Burrata, The Roman Primo Sale, a delicious fresh Cheese very famous in the Roman countryside and the Sfoglia, made with Mozzarella rolled with fresh Tomato and Basil.

Not only will you sample all the different types of Cheese you just made, you can also take home some of what you created!

A Generous Cheese Board will be served during the class:

  • Caprese: Mozzarella (made in class) fresh tomato, basil, EVO and salt
  • Bruschetta: toasted bread, Stracciatella (made in class) EVO, salt and pepper
  • Burrata: Burrata (made in class) with pesto
  • Primo Sale: Primo Sale (made in class) flavoured with chilli and lemon pepper
  • Sfoglia di Mozzarella: Sfoglia (made in class) rolled with rocket salad, strips of sun-dried tomato and shaved Parmiggiano Reggiano
