About This Adventure

Experience the joy of the holidays with a hands-on chocolate-making event led by a skilled chocolatier. Engage in a fun tasting of artisan chocolates, learn to create festive truffles, and enjoy a unique team bonding experience. Participants leave with their own delicious creations and cherished memories of this delightful activity.

HO-HO-HO! Onsite Holiday Chocolate Activities & Group Events are designed as a Fun and Interactive way to share important down time and to socialize together with a unique activity to celebrate the holidays! They are perfect for onsite corporate team bonding or for social groups, and can set up anywhere.

THE ACTIVITY: In this holiday-themed hands-on activity, participants are guided by the chocolatier through an enlightening tasting of artisan, high-quality chocolates of varying cacao percentages and flavor profiles, including local bean-to-bar chocolates! During the event, the chocolatier will keep it fun and interactive by asking questions along the way to challenge the group's perceptions and knowledge about chocolate and to test their taste buds to see how well the group can detect flavor nuances compared to others in the group! Who will win the Star Elf recognition and get to wear the Top Elf's Chef's Hat?

Next, the chocolatier will demonstrate -- along with audience volunteer assistants -- how to make the perfect holiday-flavored chocolate ganache featuring Dark Chocolate Orange Truffles and Speculaas Truffles in preparation for the truffle rolling. The program then becomes hands-on as participants don chocolatier gloves and are paired together in their "elf" chocolate workshop to roll and decorate their chocolate truffles to create their own holiday box of truffles to take home, along with copies of the recipes.

INCLUDED: All materials (except drinking water and cocktail napkins), ingredients, and premium chocolates.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS WALK AWAY WITH: A better understanding of the fascinating world of chocolate, their chocolate taste preferences, their own hand-rolled box of chocolate truffles, a copy of the recipes, a copy of the chocolate tasting sheet, the memory of a unique holiday activity together.
