About

These group friendly meal options are a great choice for a group of family, friends, or co-workers! Your group will participate in an interactive, hands - on cooking class. You will enjoy the meal you cooked together in a sit down private dining room. Feel free to bring in your own drinks, sides and dessert to share!

Choose from the following options:

  • Deep Dish Lasagna & French Bread Your group will learn how to mix up, bake, and shape their own French bread loaves from scratch. They will also learn how to assemble a "deep dish" lasagna made from a simple marinara sauce and stuffed with customized ingredients.
  • Fettucine Alfredo w. Roasted Broccoli Your group will mix up, knead and shape their own pasta dough in this interactive class. Participants will also learn how to make a creamy alfredo from scratch with a side of roasted broccoli.
  • Thai - American Egg Rolls w. sweet & sour sauce, and cucumber salad Guests will use fresh ingredients to prep filling, and roll their own Thai inspired eggs rolls. They will also learn the secret to making a sweet & sour sauce that is sure to be repeated at home!
  • Enchiladas with chips & salsa Participants will learn how to prepare a smooth ancho sauce from scratch. They will assemble their own enchiladas with their choice of tortillas, filling, sauce, and chihuahua cheese. Your group will work together to make a fresh tomato salsa with customized heat.
  • Calzones & Shakes Pizza lovers will appreciate this alternative form of their favorite food! Your group will work together to mix up dough from scratch. Each guest will create their own custom filling and assemble their personal pan calzone. Finish off the meal with a made - from - scratch milkshake, choose your flavor!
  • London Broil Steak w. sides Learn how to create "Sunday Dinner" with simple components and easy to learn cooking techniques. Your presentation of medium-rare sliced London Broil, twice baked potatoes, and seasonal veggies will be a plate to impress.
  • "Nailed It" Cake Competition Each participant will bake their own mini cake. They will receive some fondant and piping decorating tips, before participating in a cake decorating competition complete with medals and awards!

Feel free to bring your own sides, snacks, desserts, drinks, and/or decorations!

Waiver

Each participant of any "The Kitchen Table" classes and/or parties are required have a waiver on file. This waiver will cover the current class, as well as all other future classes taken through "The Kitchen Table". Only one signed Fareharbor waiver is needed per participant. Once we have a waiver on file for you or your child, you are not required to sign a new one. Minors must have a parent/guardian over 18 submit a waiver on their behalf. You will receive a link to the online waiver in your confirmation email.
