Legend Sailing and Activities is a small watersports operator based in Killin, Scotland, offering hands-on boating experiences on Loch Tay. The company runs Power Boating Self Drive and Instruction sessions and Private Sailing Lessons designed for couples, families and private groups. Each power boating session begins with a safety briefing and instruction from a qualified instructor before participants take the helm of a rigid inflatable boat (RIB), giving guests supervised self-drive time on the loch. Private Sailing Lessons focus on practical sailing skills under the guidance of an instructor with over 20 years of experience, covering techniques, boat handling and local conditions. Both experiences require advance booking and can be adapted for different group sizes; group discounts are available for larger parties.
Safety equipment, local knowledge and clear pre-departure information are central to how Legend Sailing and Activities operates. Boats are used specifically for these activities on Loch Tay and sessions are run from the Killin area. The business emphasises responsible boating, instructor-led learning and tailored pacing to match participant ability. Customers receive on-site safety briefings and hands-on coaching during every session.
