Rental Agreement

• Absolutely no smoking in the building
• Alcohol use - Outside alcohol is not permitted in the buildling. All rentals wanting to alcohol must use the Post's bar service. Minimum 30 days required for bar service requests. Inquire for details and pricing.
• Kitchen area use - Our kitchen is currently bare bones with only sinks and a single fridge. Use of the kitchen area is permitted. The caterer or renter must furnish tablecloths, dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. Leave soiled linens on the counter with the kitchen clean and mopped. Please note there is limited freezer space available.
• Decorations/set up - Do not drag tables across the floor when rearranging. Large gouges and scratches on the floor will result in loss of deposit. No nails or push pins are to be used on walls or ceilings. If tape must be used, the use of painters tape is permitted.
• Clean up - Friday and Saturday rentals may have until noon the following day (Saturday/Sunday) to clean up unless there is a Post-event or rental, in which case the building will need to be cleaned immediately following the rental. Contact Post to request extended cleaning time. Sunday-Thursday rentals must be cleaned by midnight the night of the rental. Renter is responsible for the cleanup of all areas to include main hall, bathrooms, kitchen, and bar. Tables and chairs are to be put back as they were. Make sure to turn off A/C units or turn heat back down to 55 degrees when closing up. The kitchen, bathrooms and main floor are to be swept and mopped. Cleaning supplies are located in the rental supply room near the entrance.
• Trash - All trash shall be removed from the building and placed in the trash cans located behind the fenced area on the South side of the building.
• Parking - Parking is permitted in the hospital lot directly across from the rental entry doors. Street parking is available along Lincoln, along the north side of our building and in the lot across Lincoln Ave.
