About This Adventure

Here at Front Range Ride Guides, we specialize in custom, private winter fat biking adventures for riders of all ages and ability levels. We strive to make fat biking fun and accessible for everybody - from first time riders to families looking for some outdoor adventure to seasoned experts looking to sample the amazing trails of the Colorado Front Range. In every customized ride, we strive to create an unforgettable Colorado winter fat biking experience that will leave you talking about it for years to come!

We are the only mountain/fat bike guiding service along the Front Range that requires our guides to be certified as Guides/Skills Instructors, experienced mechanics, and carry current O.E.C medical certifications. We have extensive trail knowledge, decades of back country guiding experience, and an unrivaled passion for sharing the area with folks via the bike!

We tailor our rides to each rider's ability, fitness level and desires to create a one of a kind Colorado riding experience. We do not offer group tours consisting of mixed strangers - we call these "cattle car tours" and feel that they fall short in providing a legitimate, fun, CO riding experience. All of our tours are private, so it will be you, a certified professional guide, and an awesome ride that complements your ability and desires.

Our half day rides are up to four hours on trail and include:

• Professional mountain bike guide (Certified guides/instructors, trained mechanics, & WFA Certificate Holders - the only guides along the Front Range with such credentials & experience) • Fat bikes (sized and tuned to your specifications) • MTB skills coaching and instruction • Helmets, packs, water, & snacks • Custom trail ride designed for your ability, fitness, and desires • Photos (edited and emailed post ride) • Thermos full of warm goodness; locally-crafted beer; and other refreshments (Our FRRG Signature Post Ride Ritual)
