Is This Good For Groups?

This is perfect for solo travelers and groups up to 6. Enjoy a custom experience designed to meet your groups level, goals and needs with expert attention from our amazing teachers.

Do I Need Past Yoga Experience?

All ages and levels are welcome, no experience required - just an open mind and desire to grow. Your teacher will customize the yoga session based on your unique needs and level.

What Kind of Yoga Is This?

We teach authentic, traditional Hatha yoga science. The practice is true to its holistic Eastern roots as apposed to Western "fitness yoga". You'll learn to move energy within the body through invigorating Pranayama (Breath Work) alongside restorative asana postures and deep meditation. In doing so, you'll be able to release stress, trauma and old wounds, creating space for healing.
