Pack your typical beach items: sunscreen, sunglasses, towels. Remember a light sweater or jacket as sometimes mornings are cool on the water. You can pack your own picnic or add something from one of our partners. Water is available onboard along with some sodas. BYOB in moderation.
The captain selects the best route for the day based on the tide and wind conditions. Any lightening or pending storm in the area will result in a delay at the dock or potential cancellation, at the captain’s discretion. In the result of a weather cancellation, we will first offer you to reschedule, but if not possible we will refund your full purchase. We want to sail just as much as you, but your safety is our first priority.
All sails have a maximum capacity of 6 guests per US Coast Guard Regulations. This includes children. No exceptions.
Minimum age to sail is 12. If you have younger children please contact us before booking.
Please make us aware of any impediments you may have to moving about the boat, for your safety. We do have stairs!
Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to get oriented and ensure a smooth start.
Coastal winds can be chilly; layer clothing and bring sunscreen to stay comfortable throughout the sail.
Pack a water bottle to stay hydrated while out on the water under the sun.
Listen closely to the skipper’s safety briefing and guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
