About

This class 2 and 3 adventure takes off from our shop at 9:00a.m., where you are driven on the famous Black to Yellow Highway.This is a short drive to the river, but is filled with the history of the true wild west.

This lesser traveled road, has craters left from extinct geysers ,ancient teepee rings, ceremonial rings, and amazing geological information. Then you’ll begin your white water rafting trip through the beautiful, and fun class 3 rapids of the Red Canyon of the Shoshone River. After rafting the first section of river you will stop in the middle for a bit of a break then you'll continue on to the next section of the Shoshone River. This part of the river is filled with exciting rapids such as: Colters Falls, Sitting Bull, Crazy Horse, and Little Big Drop. On this section of the lower Shoshone you’ll be Rafting through canyons carved out by glaciers, fault lines, and walls of bentonite.This adventure will conclude back at our boat house at approximately 12:00
