Enjoy a half-day adventure filled with laughter, breathtaking scenery, and the excitement of reeling in your catch. Don’t forget your fishing license and layered clothing!

Half-Day fishing trips are up to 5 hours long on the Kenai or Kasilof Rivers targeting salmon or trout. Rivers are to be determined shortly before hand in order to provide the best fishing opportunity. Kenai River Trips we are in 21 foot power boats to cover water on one of our larger river systems. The Kasilof River Trips are on a smaller and extremely shallow river system. This river is an unmotorized river. We use 20 foot Drift Boats to float to fishing locations.
Licenses and Tags. You must have a valid Alaska Fishing License. These licenses can be purchased online through Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Please have a printed copy as well as a secondary screenshot of your license. Only purchase a King Salmon Stamp if you intend to target King Salmon (recommended for river trips in June and July as well as Multi species Saltwater Trips).
Location based on two different choices that you get to choose from. Kenai River or Kasilof River.
For your trips you should bring food and drinks. A Valid Alaska Fishing License. You will also need to bring adequate clothing for changing weather conditions. You can always take clothes off but cannot put clothes on if you don’t have them. I recommend dressing in layers and bringing a quality waterproof jacket with you no matter the forecast. Small things can make a big difference such as gloves and a light stocking cap on some of our early morning trips.
All bait and fishing equipment are provided on your trips. If you wish to bring your own gear please reach out to your guide to ensure you have adequate equipment to tackle these powerful fish.
Start times may change based based on the tides. We will be in touch to confirm start time.
You will be meeting your guides in state parks or on private property. Please ensure to pay the $5 parking fee and display the parking pass in your windshield of your rental car. Please be mindful of the Boat Trailer Parking Areas.
Weather along the river can change quickly; dress in layers to stay comfortable throughout the trip.
Ensure your license is current before heading out; it’s required for legal fishing in Alaska.
Arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled trip ensures you’re ready to depart on time and makes for a smoother experience.
Tipping guides is customary; budget accordingly for exceptional service and memorable guidance.
