Duration

Full Day rentals are from 6am-7pm. Half Day rentals are 6:00am-12:00, or 1:00pm-7:00pm. From 9/15 until 10/31 rentals are discounted to a full day rental for half day pricing, and rental hours start at 7:00am until 5:00pm.

Arrival Information

  • Doors open at 6:00 am for rentals - you may arrive anytime after 6:00 am. Starting 9/15, doors open at 7am.
  • Morning (AM) rentals must be returned by 12:00pm regardless of when you begin your rental.
  • Afternoon rentals begin at 1pm and must be returned by 7pm (5pm after 9/15)
  • DO NOT remove the key from a boat for any reason, ever, even when your rental is done for the day, just notify the store you have returned for the day.

About

With Twin Lakes Resort boat rentals, we offer a wide selection of boats for all your recreation needs. Whether you are a first time boater or veteran, our boats are extremely easy to drive. After a quick orientation, you will be off enjoying the waters in no time.

  • All driver's must be 18+ and show valid identification upon arrival. Nobody under the age of 18 shall operate our boats. No Exceptions.
  • All boaters must abide by State of California and/or Federal boating laws, as well as current DFW regulations. Should you be caught by local law enforcement or DFW breaking any laws, Twin Lakes Inc. D.B.A. Twin Lakes Resort shall not be responsible for any fines, imprisonment or anything else that arises from not abiding by the laws.
  • Any damage must be made known to a Twin Lakes Resort employee immediately upon return, if found to be negligent operation or destructive behavior you will be charged accordingly after management determines cause and an appropriate repair amount and labor hours at $75/Hr to repair, in addition to any down time for the boat or cancelled reservations due to pulling the boat out of service to repair. There will also be great probability you will not be allowed to rent from us in the future. Charges will be based off cost of parts, labor, and lost rental times off the water, which add up quickly. Treat our equipment as if it were your own, and return it in the same or better condition than presented to you.
  • Proceeding with our rental contract, you agree to the terms stated above including all items noted in the liability waiver, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
  • Our area does not have cellular service, we do offer free wifi across the resort which you may use for calls/text/emails. We are at 7000’+ elevation, elderly, infants, and medical conditions shall take appropriate precautions due to the lack of oxygen, and strength of the UV rays.
  • You can fish off any of our fleet, but consider the size of your group when picking the boat that is right for you!
  • All guests must arrive with time to complete check in, sign waivers and a safety briefing.
  • Twin Lakes Resort is dog friendly and allow dogs on the boat!

Please note: all boats have a max person or weight limit, neither shall be exceeded, this includes all of your gear as well. If person limits are exceeded at any time we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and your right to rent our boat without any refund.
