Many guides count this trip as their favorite paddle in the bay. Take a water taxi ride from Millers Landing across to two very isolated coves. Flat waters and gentle winds make for a very relaxing trip. Expect to see glaciers, marine wildlife, and even an old bunker built in WWII.


Sample Itinerary

Full Day Across the Bay Paddle (11:00AM)

A. 11:00A check in to office for parking pass and to sign necessary forms B. Meet guide, get outfitted for paddle C. 11:30 WATER TAXI: Depart for east side of bay C. 12:10P warm up exercises, safety briefing D. 12:15P paddle through 2 of the following: Thumb Cove, Humpy Cove, Fox Island Spite E. 3:50 WATER TAXI: Depart for Miller’s Landing


Please Note: All clients will paddle tandem kayaks unless otherwise discussed with the guide preceding the trip. This paddle is appropriate for children ages twelve and over. This trip is approximately 4-5 hours in length
