You step off the dive shop ramp and the Caribbean air snaps at your face; a van idles, tanks click into place, and the ocean ahead holds a low, blue promise. In a half day you’ll run two guided dives across Curaçao’s southern shore — a house-reef plateau, a coral-strewn wall, a small wreck with an overgrown pier, and the island’s famous car pile — each site moving at its own underwater rhythm.
