Morgan County Gun Range invites shooters of all levels to test their skills on dedicated handgun and shotgun pads. Located near the Wasatch foothills, it offers a straightforward, safe environment perfect for honing aim or enjoying an afternoon clay shoot.

Gun Range Rental
Gun Range key pick up at the Clerks Office in the Morgan County Building room #19 48 West Young Street. Keys can be picked up Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in the Clerks office. Please make arrangements if your reservation falls on a State Observed Holiday. Please note keys for range can only be given out one day prior to your reservation. Keys will need to be returned the same day and put in the Black return box at Morgan County Building 48 West Young Street. A signed Waiver will need to be filled out before getting a key. **If key is not returned after use there will be a $25.00 fee charge to the card used. **Please bring in Utah License proving Morgan address.
The person making the reservation is by default the range officer.
Handgun pad length: 50 yards, targets may be placed up the hill for longer distances. Handgun shed: target holders, staplers - bring your own paper targets. Shotgun shed (trap-house): the controller for automatic clay target thrower - bring your own clay pigeons. Shotgun pad length: 200 yards
Targets must be removed at the end of your reserved time.
Keys can only be picked up one day prior to your reservation; plan accordingly to avoid disappointment.
Paper targets and clay pigeons are not provided; make sure to bring your own to make the most of your time.
Safety gear is required at all times on the firing line; bring your own or ask about rentals in advance.
All participants under 18 must be accompanied by an experienced adult shooter for safety and guidance.

The range operates with strict safety and environmental protocols to minimize impact, including rules on waste removal and habitat protection.
