-To receive a full refund, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your tour. -Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund. -If you do not show up and do not contact us, a refund cannot be issued. Our team will attempt to reach you at the time of the tour if you’re a no-show.

Weather-Related Cancellations: Safety first! We may cancel or reroute due to weather or other unavoidable reasons. If this happens, we’ll work to reschedule or offer a full refund if necessary.
