The Trip: It is a snorkeling and turtle spotting trip, depending on travelers’ preferences and time availability.

The water is usually crystal clear and snorkelling along the rugged coastline east of Agia Napa, with sea caves and rock formations, in light blue waters, is a great experience.

Specific spots along East Cape Greko coastline are excellent for sea turtle spotting.

Pickup time (if travellers in Ayia Napa or Protaras would like a free ride in our private car): To be agreed with the travelers. At 09:15 outside July and August, otherwise as 09:00

Pickup location: We meet at Lovers Bridge, otherwise, free ride from an agreed place (eg hotel, etc) in Agia Napa or Protaras.

Itinerary: Guiding starts from the time we meet. We enter from Glyky Nero beach and snorkel east along the Agia Napa Sea Caves, including Lovers' Bridge, and back. If the sea is calm (it usually is before eleven during the summer season), we snorkel inside two to four of the sea caves.

Subsequently we snorkel along the east coast, at Konnos beach, where we hope to do sea turtle spotting (more likely in summer).

The basic snorkeling route:

1. Along Agia Napa Sea Caves (1+ km / 1 mi) (from Glyky Nero beach going east and back)

And then :

2. In Konnos beach (or Green Bay), specifically for sea turtle spotting.

Transportation: The package doesnot include transportation. If travellers are interested, the guide ar a rule is able to offer them a free ride in the company's private car.

Food & drinks Transportation (the guide may offer participants a free ride. This is not a taxi service and the vehicle holds a private car insurance) Wetsuit or similar Fins (unless the travellers have and use them, we do not use any)

Please note

Confirmation will be received at time of booking Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions. Travelers can present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity. The use of a (3mm) wetsuit is recommended before June and after September.

In case of forecasted choppy sea along the Agia Napa Sea Caves, instead, we snorkel only around East Cape Greko (if the weather is expected to be bad everywhere, we cancel the trip).

It should be noted that Phivos is a licensed diver, has lifeguarding and first aid training, he is a guide for kayaking trips, a speedboat driver. He also attended a sailing course. He is involved in underwater photography and is a Cyprus native (and walking guide) who has written travel books on Cyprus.

What to bring

Water (though one could buy in Agia Napa). Sun protection, bathing suite, towels. A 3 mm wetsuit is recommended before June and after September.
