The Watauga River is home to some of the most beautiful mountain views in East TN. Located only one mile from our headquarters in Elizabethton you will be on the river in a matter of minutes. This ½ day rafting excursion is perfect for families and groups of just about all ages! We require that adventurers are 5 years or older.
A delicious, packed snack will be provided during the trip for all adventurers. Tackle class 2 rapids down the Bee Cliff rapids, jump off pillar rock, or just enjoy a relaxing float with friends and family. River dogs is here to provide the adventure of a lifetime.
Wear synthetic materials that dry fast and avoid cotton to stay comfortable during wet sections of the trip.
Closed-toe water shoes or sandals with straps protect feet and provide grip on slippery rocks when entering or exiting the river.
