About This Adventure

Experience a serene morning at Caballo Lake with guided kayaking or canoeing. Paddle through tranquil coves while learning about local wildlife and history. Enjoy light stretching led by a Yoga instructor, followed by a delicious lunch with fresh snacks. This unique blend of adventure and relaxation promises a memorable day outdoors.

Come join us for a fun morning to paddle on peaceful Caballo Lake! Meet us at the dock for a brief safety talk, grab your paddles, life jacket and kayak or canoe and follow our guides out on the water. Our lead interpretive guide will have you paddle along the banks of the lake, paddling into small coves along the way to stop and talk about the wildlife, the amazing bird watching in the area, the lake and history of the local area. This is an easy pace paddle, with stops in and along the coves. Cold bottled water will be provided on the paddle. You will paddle out for approx. one hour and back for one hour before returning to the base camp. Before you get on the water, and after you get back to base camp, we will have a Yoga/Pilates instructor to lead the paddlers through some light stretching, breathing and relaxation moves to help you heal, restore & revive! We will have fresh fruits, chips & salsa, and yummy desserts! Sodas, cold bottled water & hot coffee and teas is included. Grab your snacks and drinks and sit in the camp chairs provided on the beach and relax! After your leisurely lunch, we will break base camp and bid you farewell! Ticket price includes: Lake guides, & Base camp staff. Kayaks or canoes. Paddles, life jackets. Safety instructions. Base camp /camp chairs Fresh fruits, chips & salsa, & dessert.
