Jet Ski Cancun offers a unique way for tourists to get up close to different sights and attractions riding your very own jet ski.

Our guided jet ski tour allows riders to legally drive a jet ski without a boating license. Go as fast as you want on the lagoon, while taking in the sights.

Before starting your thrilling jet ski adventure, our expert staff will teach you how to operate your jet ski and the condition in which your jet ski is being delivered to you.

While in the water, take advantage of the jet ski´s ease of use and experience the speed and adrenaline of gliding through Cancun´s lagoon. For those looking for something more relaxed, you can ride slowly and admire the lagoon´s tranquility.

After your adventure, whether it was exciting or just pleasurable, head back to the dock, take off your gear, and rinse off at our facilities where you will find restrooms, showers, and a coffee shop area.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• It is mandatory important to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation for customer check-in.
• Please note: If you arrive late for your reservation, you will only be able to participate in the activity for the remaining time on your original reservation.
• This service requires a payment of $20 USD per Jetski prior to boarding, payable in cash at check-in (Dock Fee)
• Reckless driving will not be tolerated and is non-refundable
• Pregnant women and people with recent surgeries are not allowed to do the activity
• People under the influence of drugs or any illegal substances are not allowed on the tour and are subject to NO REFUND.
• Minimum driving age: 18 years old. Drivers 16 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult on the same jet ski.
• Up 2 Pax per Jet Ski. Jet Skis seat up to two people.
• Maximum 2 people on the jet ski with a MAX weight of 450 LBS / or 225 lbs per person. For safety purposes customers sharing a jet ski will be weighed at the moment of check in to make sure that the weight limit per person is being met.
• Driver must be 18 years old
• Passenger must be 10+ years old
• In the event of capsizing a $500 usd charge applies.

Safety Rules:

• Cell phones, cameras, tablets, and other electronic devices are not allowed during the activity for security reasons.
• If the parent is present and sharing the same jet ski anyone 16 years of age or older should be fine to drive as long as they have a proper government-issued ID with a birthdate
• Minimum age requirement to ride the Jet Ski is 10 years old
• People under the influence of drugs or any illegal substances are not allowed on the tour and are subject to NO REFUND.
• Reckless driving will not be tolerated and is non-refundable

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations done 24 hours in advance are 70% refundable. Same day cancellations and NO SHOW reservations are non-refundable

• Cancellations due to inclement weather are fully refundable only when the activity is suspended by the port authorities. If the port remains open and the activity has not been canceled by the relevant authorities, we will proceed as planned. If the customer decides to cancel their reservation due to perceived unfavorable weather, please note that this will be treated as a voluntary cancellation. As such, no refund will apply.
