Itinerary
Departure: Murwillumbah & Stokers Siding
Time: 6:30pm Summer/Winter 5pm
Guides: Meet your local guide who will guide you safely through the evening keeping you informed of the local ecosystem
Ebkes: You will be fully equipped with arguably the most comfy and fun ebikes in Australia, fitted with bright headlights for your safety
Ebike induction: This will take approximately 10 minutes and will cover:

The Ride: We ride for approximately 45 minutes through farms and rainforest to the highlight of your evening, the captivating Burringbar tunnel. We dismount and walk into the tunnel where you will witness the captivating bioluminescence of glow worms (Arachnocampa flava) as they transform the darkness of the tunnel into a starry wonderland. We may also see Microbats where our guides will share fascinating details about these delicate creatures and their role in the ecosystem.
Along the ride, we may encounter various wildlife like Brushtail Possums, Sugar Gliders, and Tawny Frogmouth Owls to name a few which just adds to an amazing evening as these animals roam in their natural environment.
The tour concludes with a relaxed ride back to the starting point.
The total adventure takes approximately 2 -2.5 hours.
