The ranch offers a range of guided horseback experiences designed for children and adults, including Pony Play Camps for ages 5–7, Pony Rides for children under 7, Trail Ride Parties, Guided Bush Trek Tours, Private Riding Lessons, Early Bird and High Noon Tours, and School Holiday Camps.

Instruction and safety are central to the ranch’s approach. Expert instructors and experienced trail leaders guide riders on half-hour to hour-long rides, tailor lessons to all skill levels, and run private, semi-private, or group sessions seven days a week. Many experiences limit group sizes to ensure personalised attention; Pony Play Camps include expert instruction, snacks, and a Certificate of Participation. Pony Rides introduce young children to pony care and basic riding in a supervised setting.
