All activities are subject to weather conditions or other safety concerns. Turtles are not always promised as they are wild marine life.

PLEASE NOTE: Our crew will make every effort possible to allow guests to see marine life, but since there are conditions beyond our control, we CANNOT guarantee any animal sightings. In Hawaii, water activities such as snorkeling are not allowed after local law sunset.

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellation of any portion of your party will result in a late cancellation fee for that portion of your party. All sales are considered final. Cancellations for people must be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE A FULL CHARGE. RESCHEDULING OF ANY PORTION OF YOUR PARTY WILL RESULT IN A $10 PER PERSON/PER ACTIVITY FEE.
