About This Adventure

Our most popular open group SUP lessons will quickly get you up and onto your feet and improving your paddling skills and confidence.

Bookings are now open on weekends as well as some weekdays during the summer school holidays. All available dates are visible on the booking calendar. Private Group Bookings for up to 8 paddlers are currently available by appointment. Ph. 0466 325 049

About

Designed for anyone who wants to give SUPing a try, while enjoying the beautiful waters of our Bay, as well as on Devilbend Reservior, we promise to give you an authentic taste of the fastest growing water-sport in the world.

The lesson is in two parts: 60 minute lesson, then 30 minutes of free paddling when you can try some other model boards if you like.

Itinerary Small groups Taught by a SUP-FIT instructor and coach. Covers all the basics: from warm-up, to prone paddling; turning and standing Includes important water safety rules Relaxed, supportive vibe Professional and well organised Massive fun!

Your SUP-FIT instructor will choose the best location to match the weather conditions of the day, and you will receive notification by 6pm on the evening before your lesson. Our three main locations are Mothers Beach Mornington, Safety Beach and Devilbend Reservoir.

Parking is free at ALL our Mornington Peninsula lesson locations.

Stand Up Paddleboard Paddle PFD's are available Rash Shirt Wetsuit if required (or you can bring your own) Sunscreen Professional Instruction from our experienced SUP coach

What to bring

  • Something comfortable to paddle in that might get wet, bathers / shorts / t-shirt / leggings

Face mask at check-in please ONLY IF REQUIRED by Vic Health Orders

Parking is free but can fill quickly, especially on weekends, so arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a spot.
