This short cruise was introduced in 2021 due to high demand from our passengers who would like to visit Eilean Fhainain known as The Green Isle. This island has an incredibly important history as an ancient burial place and was a place where St Finan resided to spread the Christian faith along the shores of Loch Shiel and its environs. There is more to the story but we will tell you whilst on our way to circumnavigate the beautiful isle before heading back to Acharacle. The journey will also give passengers a very high chance of an encounter with a White Tailed Eagle as this part of the loch is the best part for spottng these incredible, huge birds of prey.
