Wildlife Sail: Otters, Whales, Sharks, Seals...

Nomad is a sailing vessel that focuses on viewing Great White Sharks, whales, porpoise and dolphins, otters, harbor seals, sea lions, and sea birds. The main objective of this cruise is sailing in comfort to observe the wildlife that the Monterey Bay offers on that day. Santa Cruz is near the head of the Monterey Bay’s underwater canyon and it makes it the preeminent wildlife cruise destination. Sightings include Great White Sharks, Southern Sea Otter, California Sea Lions, Harbor Seals, Egrets, Pelicans, Humpback, Grey, and other whales. Porpoises, turtles, jellies, and a myriad of sea birds scatter these waters year after year.
When we get into the Sharks, whales, or dolphins there is nothing like turning off the engine and seeing them close up under sail alone. The silence and close proximity is stunning!
