About This Adventure

Embark on a breathtaking 6-hour winery ride along Hawke's Bay's stunning coast and wetlands. Cycle to the picturesque Tukituki River vineyards, savor exquisite wine tastings, and indulge in delicious local cuisine. With e-bikes available and scenic views at every turn, this unique experience promises unforgettable memories and relaxation.

Timing

Duration - 6 hours approximately Start time - indicative only, bikes will be ready at store opening time. We recommend to leave between 10.00-11.30 AM at your leisure. Return shuttle - 4pm from Black Barn Winery (back in Napier by 4.30pm)

Most people take around 2,5 hours to cycle this route, and we recommend allowing at least 1/2 hour for wine tasting and at least an hour for lunch.

Includes bike as specified (electric or regular), helmet, lock, bag, map with route instructions, transport from the ride and mechanical assistance for a hassle free experience.

(Our e-bikes come in XXS-XL sizes, minimum height is 140cm. We don't have age restriction as long as riders fit the bike and those bellow 18 years old are accompanied with a guardian. Child pricing - 16 years of age or younger on regular bike.)

About

Leaving from our shop, you will cycle along the beautiful Hawke's Bay coast. Stop at the magical Atea A Rangi Star Compass and then continue through Clive coastal wetlands. Enjoy stunning views of Te Mata Peak and the Tukituki River vineyards.

Reward yourself with wine tasting and some local cuisine at one of the cellar doors before our shuttle arrives to return you to Napier.

We recommend making a booking (essential on weekends) for lunch and wine tastings. Please get in touch with us if you would like help planning times.
